"RECYPAP est un cas d’usage de METROFOOD-BE axé sur l’évaluation préliminaire des risques liés aux substances susceptibles de migrer à partir de matériaux en papier et carton recyclés destinés au contact alimentaire. Le projet rassemble et structure des informations sur les substances chimiques susceptibles d’être présentes dans les emballages à base de fibres recyclées, notamment les additifs, les contaminants, les produits de dégradation et les substances ajoutées non intentionnellement. Les données générées comprennent les identifiants des substances, des informations sur leur origine, des données toxicologiques, les résultats des évaluations des dangers, les résultats de la hiérarchisation des substances, des informations de dépistage fondées sur SILIFOOD ainsi que des scénarios d’évaluation préliminaire des risques.
